A manual request card; it does not generate reviews or automate invitations. Invite honest feedback regardless of rating. A working business-specific QR destination must be supplied and tested by the user.
Customize before use
Insert your actual review URL. If using a QR code, generate it from that destination.
Test both the link and a scan of the final printed/exported card on another device.
Keep the invitation optional and remove any wording that pressures for a positive rating.
Canva and files
A Canva account is required for the Canva components. Premium elements may require payment or replacement under Canva and asset-license terms. Replace sample content and review every exported page. Word, Excel and fillable PDF files are included only where listed; appropriate compatible software is required. No physical item or printing service is included.
